Refunds and Exchange

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following lines – DVDs, Jewellery, Petwear & Underwear.

Returns should be marked for attention of: Gillingham Retail, Gillingham Football Club, Priestfield Stadium, Redfern Avenue, Gillingham, ME7 2PE

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Gillingham Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

Customers should be made aware that all customised printing regardless of whether the item is personal or related to a player renders the item non-refundable or exchangeable. If the item has been selected as a Click and Collect delivery and the item is not collected within 2 Months the customers items will be disposed of.  

Stock Availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website. A refund will be processed as soon as this is highlighted and acted upon.


Promo Codes

Use of promo codes are restricted to one per transaction. If you have two promo codes with differing offers, they must be used separately on different orders.
